NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 6 day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-050425, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and SCOTT HALEY; JOHN DOE A/K/A ALBERT NIEVES; JANE DOE A/K/A JESSICA WILLIAMS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT HALEY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 AND 4, IN BLOCK 2938, OF UNIT 42, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGE 32 THROUGH 44, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
