NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Amend Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on February 17, 2010, Nunc Pro Tunc and Set Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 6 day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-055852, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and TINA M. KENYON A/K/A TINA KENYON, UNKONWN SPOUSE OF TINA M. KENYON A/K/A TINA KENYON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 31, UNIT 8, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN DEED BOOK 259, AT PAGE 126 AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
