Final Judgement was awarded on August 13, 2010 in Civil Case No. 36-2008-CA-053839, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein hsbc bank usa, national association, as trustee for home equity loan trust series ace 2006-he1 is the Plaintiff and FALON APRIL BENNETT; JOSEPH D BENNETT AKA JOSEPH DAVID BENNET, JOHN DOE N/K/A RALPH BENNETT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on March 8, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
lots 44 and 45, block 4834, cape coral subdivision unit 71, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 22, pages 88 through 107, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
