NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-19117 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-8 ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED-PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and BRAD D. ECHELSON; and STACY ECHELSON; and WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and JOHN DOE; and JANE DOE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 8 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 49 and 50, in Block 2641, Unit 38, of CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, at Pages 87 to 99, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
