Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 6, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-002214 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the property at public sale, on March 8, 2012 at 9:00 AM, to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgments, to-wit:
Unit C-102 HARMONY POINTE AT EMERSON SQUARE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument No.: 2006000080338, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
