Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 9 day of February, 2012, and entered in case No. 11-CC-006674 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MANATEE COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN GRAMMAR and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of March, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apartment B-2, MANATEE COVE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2045, Page 2267, as amend, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
