NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated October 12, 2011, and Orders entered in Uniform Case No.: 522010CA011639xxCICI of the Circuit court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THOMAS WOODS and SUZANNE WOODS are the Plaintiffs and DOROTHY FAISON, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOROTHY FAISON; and SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 14, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
Unit No. 204, of SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 14, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 7 through 12, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3897, Page 112, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
