NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2494C1-07 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-HE3, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is Plaintiff and W. Martin Riggs, Dan McCaslin, Michelle Riggs, Kristina Patsones, Rena Clark, and Mike Mezzanotti, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 19th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block A, Alston Park, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 85 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 6601 North 68th Street, Pinellas Park, FL 33781
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
