NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-006195, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3 is Plaintiff and KIMBERLY GANOE A/K/A KIMBERLY D. GANOE; CORY T. GANOE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 10, PASADENA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
