NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-005821-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Yorktown at Beacon Place Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Margaret Teehan is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 26, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 58-B, YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE PHASE I, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 16 through 19, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5198, Page 1455 through 1518, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
