YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on and to foreclose on a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Survey of Lots 11, 12, 22, 23, 24 and 25, Block 7, GANBRIDGE “HUB”, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 118, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; LESS and EXCEPT that portion deed to the City of Pinellas Park, Florida for road right-of-way purposes, as described in Official Records Book 7713, Page 460, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and LESS and EXCEPT any portion thereof lying within the right-of-way of 34th Street.
TOGETHER WITH the West 1/2 of the vacated North/South alley lying East of and adjacent to said Lots 11 and 12 in said Block 7.
TOGETHER WITH the East 1/2 of the vacated North/South alley lying West of and adjacent to said Lots 22, 23 and 24 in said Block 7.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on RYAN SYNDER, ESQ., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 11031 GATEWOOD DRIVE, BRADENTON, FL 34211, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
