has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Henry W. Hicks, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 601 S. Fremont Ave., Tampa, FL 33606 on or before March 16, 2012 and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
The action was instituted in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court for Pinellas County in the State of Florida and is styled as follows: JAMES D. RYDER, SR., v. RICHARD LIKANE, SUNTRUST BANK, and COQUINA KEY TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, a Florida Non-Profit Corporation.
