NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-Ca-20735 CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of First NLC Trust 2007-1 Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, is Plaintiff and Lakeisha Isaac, and Corey Issac, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 13th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, E.A. Smith's Replat, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 1400 25th Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
