NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-008275, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and NILDA MARGAREJO; ANTHONY E. FANELLI, HIS SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS AS THEIR INTEREST MAY APPEAR; BAYOU WEST HOA, INC.; ADELENA MCGILL; WILLIAM H. MCGILL; RAUL MARGAREJO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of March, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BAYOU WEST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 120, PAGES 54-55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
