Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this action, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property situated in Pinellas County will be sold to the highest and best bidder via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com 10:00 A.M. on March 30th, 2012, further described as follows:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 2, Building 1, and an undivided interest or share in common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 4962, Pages 1581 through 1642, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 1 through 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
