NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of January , 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-03157-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein AZALEA WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JUAN A. OTAMENDI, JR. and LUISA F. OTAMENDI are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 1408, Building No. 14, Phase 6, of AZALEA WOODS CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 5154, Page 524 through 592, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 48, Pages 33 through 37, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
