YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HARVARD ARMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, herein in the following described property:
Lot 11, HARVARD ARMS TOWNHOUSES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH, a perpetual non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress in common with others over the drainage and utility easement, also known as Abbey Court and Abbey Crescent Lane, as noted upon the plat of said Harvard Arms Townhouses recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.. With the following street address: 1200 Abbey Crescent Lane, Clearwater, Florida, 33759.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before March 19, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
