NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA019872XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED, ASSIGNEE OF THE FDIC, AS RECEIVER FOR BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and BRYAN S. MEDOSCH; HEATHER M. MEDOSCH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR E-LOAN, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 13, OAKHURST SHORES FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE(S) 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
