NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 14, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 013154 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2006-G is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL JOHNSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL JOHNSON; RALPH VITALE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RALPH VITALE N/K/A PAMELA VITALE; ROBERT KING; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA; SARASOTA COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; SARASOTA COUNTY; WILSON'S CABINET SHOP INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
