LOT 3, BLOCK B, CAPE VISTA, FIRST UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of March, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
