NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 7, 2009 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010575 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN C BOX PATRICIA BOX, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of February, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 428, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR SUBPHASE A, UNIT 2 & 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
