NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006366 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Liberty Savings Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and Deborah A. Dorsey are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 31-C, SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 1460, PAGES 7272 THROUGH 7286, AND AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 1551, PAGE 3549, (FORMERLY KNOW AS SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION ONE), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 590, PAGE 319, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 68 AND 69, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
