LINEBERGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AARON M. LINEBERGER; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC5, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LISA CONWELL; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ROBERT D. CONWELL, are defendants.
