Holmes, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on March 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 16858 AND 16859, SOUTH VENICE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
