Condominium Unit No. III, PHASE II, RIVER PLACE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1054, Page 3151 and Condominium Plat Book 14, Page 149 both of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
