NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 009250 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-72 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-72 is the Plaintiff and CONSTANTINE T. THEOFILOS AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE CONSTANTINE T. THEOFILOS 2004 LIVING TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2004; KIMBERLY C. THEOFILOS AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE CONSTANTINE T. THEOFILOS 2004 LIVING TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2004; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE CONSTANTINE T. THEOFILOS 2004 LIVING TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2004; KIMBERLY C. CONDOMINIUM UNIT 102 IN BUILDING NO. 1 IN THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2057, AT PAGE 3888, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
