NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 015059 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and OLIVIA O`CONNOR; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLIVIA O'CONNOR; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,
are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, IN BLOCK 1941, OF 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, AT PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
