NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST SANDRA ELLIOTT A/K/A SANDRA LEE ELLIOTT A/K/A SANDRA L. ELLIOTT, DECEASED; BRUCE A. MCGOWAN, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SANDRA ELLIOTT A/K/A SANDRA LEE ELLIOTT A/K/A SANDRA L. ELLIOTT, DECEASED; CINDY LYNN WERNETT, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SANDRA ELLIOTT A/K/A SANDRA LEE ELLIOTT A/K/A SANDRA L. ELLIOTT, DECEASED; ROBERT F.
