Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011722 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , HERMENEJILDO MENDOZA; and GLORIA MENDOZA A/K/A GLORIA C. MENDOZA; and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 25 & 26, Block 15, WHITEFIELD ESTATES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 23, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
