notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004285 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Yvette Fleurisma, Reflections at Jubilation, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Carlyn Herard are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5 of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 7 IN BUILDING 50 OF REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3096, PAGE 1624, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
A/K/A 1332 REFLECTIONS LN UNIT 7, IMMOKALEE, FL 34142-2199
