NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-12031 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, ELIDA FERNANDEZ, et al., are Defendants, The clerk of courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , Florida, at the hour of 11AM, on the 1ST day of MAY 2012, the following described property:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 4 AND ALL OF LOT 5, BLOCK B, CARMEL HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
