NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-007189 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., 2006-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR6, Plaintiff and Margo Holeman, Individually and as Trustee of the Margo Holeman Living Trust, dated January 29, 2008 and John E. Van Houtan a/k/a John E. VanHoutan are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 494 OF BURGUNDY, UNIT TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 962, PAGE 347, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 181, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
