notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2012 entered in Case NO. 11-0065-CC in the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein AVIANO CARRIAGE HOMES II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and LORI A. RICCI, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, in/on the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 Collier County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of March 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING 8 OF AVIANO CARRIAGE HOMES II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4146 PAGE 634 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
