NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004783 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and LLOYD ALLEN BRYANT AKA LLOYD A. BRYANT II; SUNTRUST BANK; ELIZABETH L. BRYANT and any UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2273 AND 2274, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
