NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001397 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JOHN ANTHONY SCHUBERT III A/K/A JOHN A SCHUBERT III, CAPITAL ONE BANK, (USA), N.A. FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN ANTHONY SCHUBERT III A/K/A JOHN A SCHUBERT III and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 2, PLAT OF BOULEVARD ADDITION TO SARASOTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
