NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2010 and entered in Case No: 11-2010-CA-000706 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QAL, is the Plaintiff and HOWARD C. DAVIS, ET. AL., are the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the atrium, on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 5th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 422-B, NAPLES BATH AND TENNIS CLUB, UNIT F, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 800, PAGES 1648 THROUGH 1693, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
