notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2008-CA-006996 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and ROBERTO ZABALA A/K/A ROBERTO E. ZABALA; MARIA ZABALA A/K/A MARIA FERNANDA ZABALA A/K/A MARIA F. ZABALA A/K/A MARIA F. CORDOVA; PEBBLEBROOKE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 5 day of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63, PEBBLEBROOKE LAKES, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 81 THROUGH 84, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
