NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-020383 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and JOSE LOPEZ, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, the George E. Edgecomb building located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1st day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
