NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause of action in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida:

(Parcel 9): A parcel of land in the West ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 17, Township 33 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the SW corner of said West ½ of the NW ¼; thence N00°12'42”W along the west line of said West ½, a distance of 792.74 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue N00°12'42”W, along the west line of said West ½, a distance of 340.21 feet; thence S89°44'36”E, 666.07 feet; thence S00°12'38”E, 349.29 feet; thence N88°57'45”W, 666.20 feet to the point of beginning; TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress, egress, and utilities over and across the North 25 feet of the following described land: A parcel of land in the West ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 17, Township 33 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the SW corner of said W ½ of the NW ¼; thence N00°12'42”W, along the west line of said West ½, a distance of 792.74 feet; thence S88°57'45E, 666.20 feet for a point of beginning; thence N89°59'04”E, 639.58 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of Bud Rhoden Road; thence N00°12'38”W, along said west right-of-way line, a distance of 346.25 feet; thence N89°44'36”W, 639.60 feet; thence S00°12'38”E, 349.29 feet to the point of beginning (“the Property”),
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with the said Final Judgment and with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on March 7, 2012, at 11 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
