YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation of deeds and a mortgage concerning the following-described real property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Commencing at the one-half mile corner on the West Boundary of Section 35, Township 27 South, Range 18 East, run thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East along the East-West center line through Section 35, 1292.1 feet more or less to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, GRIFFIN SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31 on page 32, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, run thence south 1 degree 37 minutes East 330 feet to the point of beginning, thence South 1 degree 37 minutes East 80 feet, thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes West 200 feet parallel to said center line through Section 35, thence North 1 degree 37 minutes West 80 feet, thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East 200 feet parallel to said East-West center line through Section 35 to the point of beginning.
and quiet title to said real property in plaintiff, TARIK AMEQRANE, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on RAYMOND A. BIERNACKI, JR., plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 2667 Enterprise Road, Orange City, Florida 32763, on or before March 19, 2012, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
