notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-007114 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and Glen Ponzini and John Filiberto are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 17-305, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM HEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3731, PAGE 2534, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
