NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8 day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007884, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and DUANE E. PUCKETT A/K/A DUANE EDWARD PUCKETT, FIDDLERS CREEK FOUNDATION, INC., HAWKS NEST AT FIDDLERS CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DUANE E. PUCKETT A/K/A DUANE EDWARD PUCKETT N/K/A DUANE EDWARD PUCKETT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
