LOT 4, BLOCK 67, LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 1E, VILLAGE 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 20321 Oak Key Court, Tampa, Florida 33647, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on March 8, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
