NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8 day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010594, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and RUBEN T. SALINAS, TANA M. LAMPKIN A/K/A TANA JENNY LAMPKIN, APRIL SALINAS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 7 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 165 FEET OF TRACT 106, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
