Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF THE EAST 290 FEET OF THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH A NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 30 FEET OF THE SOUTH 130 FEET OF THE EAST 250 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND
A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 30 FEET OF THE WEST 40 FEET OF THE EAST 290 FEET OF THE SOUTH 130 FEET OF THE SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
