NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-002615-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, NA as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR15 Trust, Plaintiff and Steven B. Leavitt and Jillian L. Freed, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on March 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EASTERLY 70 FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE WESTERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 4 SUNSET BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 26 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE ON INGRESS AND EGRESS TO THE WATER OF SARASOTA BAY OVER THE NORTHERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 5 AND 6 OF SUNSET BAY. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO THE WATERS OF SARASOTA BAY OVER THE NORTHERLY 15 FEET OF SAID LOTS 4 AND 5, RESERVED FOR NOW OWNERS OR PROSPECTIVE OWNERS OF LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4 OF SUNSET BAY.
