NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-008080, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and PAUL E REGAL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPOATED AS NOMINEE FOR COMMUNITY BANK OF NAPLES N.A.; AMY C REGAL; and JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 7th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 491 OF ISLANDWALK, PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 39 THROUGH 44, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
