Giammanco and Camille M. Giammanco a/k/a Camille Giammanco are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK M, OF GLENN LAKES PHASE 6, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 176, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
