NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 8, 2012, in Case No. 09-9302-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK d/b/a REGIONS MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and gary evans, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7 day of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 152, OF VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB - PHASE 2 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGES 11 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

COLLATERAL PROPERTY:

UNIT NO. C5-202, LAKEVIEW V AT CARLTON LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2478, PAGE 137, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
