Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated February 7, 2012, and entered in I 1-2010-CA-005446 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM F. MCGUIGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM F. MCGUIGAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); AVIANO COACH HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, the FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM, Courthouse Annex, Naples, Fl 34112 at 11:00 AM on March 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 102, BUILDING 7, AVIANO COACH HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4104, PAGE 1961, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
